Open to the public for the first time, the historic Grain Exchange trading floor boasts a 42-foot ceiling height and Palladian windows, stunning classical architecture and more than 10,000 square feet of reception space. Host up to 500 guests in this unforgettable event venue. Rentals begin at $5,000.

Grain exchange rentals include:

  • Exclusive use of the Grain Exchange trading floor
  • Access to the venue from 12pm-12am the day of your event
  • Use of lounge furniture, decorative lighting and historic artifacts
  • 24-hour parking in the Gateway Ramp for all attendees ($6.00/car)
  • Access to kitchen facilities for your catering and bartending services 
  • Private spaces for day-of event storage, dressing rooms and coat check
  • Preferred vendor introductions for easy planning
  • Option to provide your own alcohol and beverage service with proper licensing
  • Fueled Collective’s event specialist to support you through the planning process, including venue layout development, vendor coordination, and event timeline and checklist

The Celebration Package

Not everyone fancies themselves an event planner, so we put together everything you need to host your group, letting you focus on the important part—connecting with your guests. Perfect for groups up to 150 people.

  • Access to audio and visual resources, including a sound system and display monitor

  • Nearby parking ramp access and a discounted guest parking rate

  • Specialty cakes, champagne toast, and custom floral arrangements available a la carte

4 Important Considerations

We hear from so many people that they are limited by exclusive vendors at other event venues. We have fantastic partners, but we also are happy to work with your vendor and will discuss the details before we finalize the booking agreement.

Some members-only event venues don’t allow new members to join just for the event. Our Access Membership is included in your rental and gives you access to book additional events and meetings at member rates, and even use our workspace for an entire year.

Our event guests are surprised to discover that parking is not expensive or hard to find in downtown Minneapolis. At $6 / day and direct skyway access to the Grain Exchange building we eliminate concerns some have about working downtown Minneapolis.
Changes are not needed for our Celebration Packages, because they are designed to be just right. So, you get to focus on the interesting parts of the event—your guests!
