Extraordinary Workspace in the Heart of Downtown Minneapolis

Invigorating spaces, dynamic events and vast amenities are just part of what make this iconic location so much more than a coworking space.

For work. For events. For you.

The historic Grain Exchange is one of the most well-known buildings in the Twin Cities. Finished in 1903, the space features an awe-inspiring 16,000 square foot trading floor that made Minneapolis the milling capital of the world for nearly 100 years. It’s since been home to more than 5,000 startups, entrepreneurs, small businesses, enterprise mobile workers, and some of the most memorable events in the Twin Cities.

3 Important Considerations

Located on the edge of Downtown with easy access to 35W and 94, along with abundant parking in the Gateway and Haaf Ramps, the Grain Exchange, on the corner of 4th Street and 4th Avenue, is a more convenient option to options closer to the center or in the North Loop areas of Minneapolis.
Members and guests are surprised to discover that parking is not expensive or hard to find in downtown Minneapolis. At $6 / day and direct skyway access to the Grain Exchange building we eliminate concerns some have about working downtown Minneapolis.

The trading floor of the Minneapolis Grain Exchange is a one in a million workspace and gathering place. With 42-foot ceilings and 1903 classic architecture, the space sits on nearly an entire city block and simply is not comparable to any other workspace in the Twin Cities.
